Guest Policies
Reservation and Payment Policies
- Full payment is required at time of booking.
- Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation.
- Walk-in or day of reservations are accepted provided that there is available lodging inventory.
- We may require a two night minimum stay on weekends in the peak season. No stays longer than seven consecutive nights are permitted.
- Rates are variable based upon demand, season, and lodging type.
- Total charges at time of booking will include base lodging fee, amenity fee, booking fee, pet fees (if applicable), any items added on during online checkout, and all applicable taxes.
- Guests who make changes to reservation dates that have a price difference will be charged or refunded the difference upon change.
- We reserve the right to change a reservation from one site to another of equal or greater value.
- Guests must provide a credit card upon check-in. This card gives authorization to Snow Peak Campfield Operations to bill the credit card provided for any additional costs accrued while at the property, as well as outstanding balances not paid at time of departure.
- If a guest stay results in damaged, missing, or stolen Snow Peak property, or excessive cleaning is required, the card on file may be charged an amount equal to the value for replacement, repair, or cleaning.
- Snow Peak USA gift cards are not eligible for redemption at the Campfield.
- Campfield gift cards are eligible for use at Campfield only and may be used for reservations, rentals, and retail items at the Campstore.
